Because restaurants do not have ratings on Chakhle Raja. Only dishes do. A restaurant page is a list of its plates and what each one scored, which is the number that actually tells you what to order.

Nobody has rated it. A newly listed dish starts empty and stays that way until someone eats it and says so. We do not seed ratings, estimate them, or carry a score over from anywhere else.

No. One rating per person per dish. You can change your rating later, and the new one replaces the old, but a single person can never count twice against one plate.

The full spread behind the average: how many people gave five stars, how many gave four, and so on down to one. A 4.2 built from a hundred fives and a hundred threes is a different dish from a 4.2 where almost everyone said four, and the breakdown shows you which one you are looking at.

Open the review and use the report action. Reported reviews are flagged for moderation and a review that breaks the rules is removed. Reviews, dishes and restaurants all pass through the same approval workflow.

A food writer or critic we have onboarded directly. Their ratings are marked as professional and carry more weight in a dish ranking, so one loud opinion from an anonymous account cannot move a plate on its own.

There are five, in order: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You move up by rating dishes. Nothing else raises a tier, and there is no way to buy one.

The thresholds are set by the tier service and adjust as the platform grows, so we do not print a number that would quietly go stale. Your current tier and your progress are always shown on your profile in the app.

Coupons. Every offer names the tiers that can claim it, so higher tiers can see and claim offers that lower tiers cannot. Bronze is where everyone starts and Diamond sees everything on the platform.

No. There is no subscription and nothing to buy. Tiers are earned by rating dishes, which is the only currency here.

Not by going quiet. A tier is earned on ratings you have already given. Removing your own reviews in bulk, or having them removed for breaking the rules, is a different matter.

They are a first-class field on a dish, not a keyword search over review text. Set your preference once in your profile and every ranking you see already respects it, instead of you scanning descriptions for a promise the kitchen never made.

Two dimensions that combine: vegetarian or non-vegetarian, and within that, regular, Jain or Swaminarayan. A dish is tagged on both, which is what lets a pure veg dish be listed correctly as not Jain.

The restaurant declares it when the dish is listed, and the listing passes moderation before it goes public. If a dish is tagged wrongly, report it and it will be reviewed.

Yes. The filter is a view, not a lock. Change it in the app whenever you like and the rankings redraw immediately.

Send the partner enquiry from the For Restaurants page, then complete owner registration inside the app. We call you within two business days to walk through it. Listing is free.

Restaurants, dishes and reviews are approved manually. A listing sits in a pending state until it is reviewed, and we tell you when it goes live. Manual approval is slower, and it is the reason the rankings are worth being in.

Report it from the dish and it goes to moderation, or tell us on the contact form. Corrections to a listing are made by the restaurant owner in the app once the restaurant is registered.

There is nothing to drag down. Your restaurant has no rating. A dish that is scoring poorly is telling you something specific about that plate, and every other dish you serve is judged entirely on its own.

With your phone number and a one time password, or with Google Sign-In. There is no password to remember and no web login.

To answer the question the app exists for: which highly rated dishes are near you right now. Location is used to rank nearby dishes and to show the distance to each one. Turn it off and you can still browse city rankings, which is a different query and shows no distance.
